Your first 2 reports are free. After that, pay only for the reports you generate. There is no subscription, no setup fee and no annual charge.

What a report includes

• checkReading of the laboratory document you upload, with a review step so you can check every value before generating.
• checkOrgan-system scores across the body systems covered by the panel.
• checkBiological age and an overall health score, where the panel contains enough markers to support them.
• checkPredictive health indices calculated from the available results.
• checkPersonalised nutrition, food and lifestyle guidance based on the results.
• checkA two-week reference meal plan.
• checkA downloadable report document, available from your dashboard.

Volume and partner pricing

Clinics, laboratories and resellers generating reports at volume can be set up on agreed per-report pricing. Write to support@nugenomics.in with your expected monthly volume, or apply through the reseller programme.

Payment

Recharges are made online through our payment gateway partner, which accepts UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking. A GST invoice is issued for each recharge. Card and bank details are handled entirely by the payment gateway and are never received or stored by us.

Refunds

Credits are prepaid and generally non-refundable, with defined exceptions such as a failed generation or a duplicate payment. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
