The things people ask before their first report

Is this a medical diagnosis?

No. The report is informational and preventive. It organises what a laboratory has already measured and explains it in plain language. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace a qualified medical practitioner — that is stated on the report itself.

What if the lab report is missing some tests?

You still get a report. Each section is produced only from the markers present; a section whose required marker is missing is marked not assessed rather than guessed. Before you spend a credit, you see exactly which sections the panel will produce and which one extra test would unlock more.

Which laboratories' reports work?

Any laboratory, any layout. The PDF is read and the values, units and reference ranges are extracted and cross-checked against the document text. You review every value before anything is generated.

How long does it take?

Reading the PDF takes a few seconds. Generation typically completes in one to two minutes and the report appears in your dashboard, ready to download.

How much does it cost?

What happens to the patient's data?

You upload only with the patient's consent, and the data is used to produce their report. Payment details never touch our systems — they are handled entirely by the payment gateway. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
